When should you use Darco Toe Alignment Orthoses?

• Fasten the metatarsal strap tightly around the foot just behind the metatarsal heads.
• Secure the heel band by placing around the back of the heel and attaching to the medial and lateral edges of the 2nd metatarsal band.
